Vector Contouring

Geo-F/X has a robust set of libraries for vector contouring, threading either grids or TIN. Options include complete range of styles, intelligent label placement, stroked and/or filled contours.

These routines are based on proprietary algorithms developed over the past 15 years. They are extremely fast and flexible, allowing them to be used for both stroking and filling, in 2D or 3D. Examples on the following pages show the methods applied to both 2D and 3D DEM data.
